How do I add an on-boarding video?

On-boarding videos are a great way to give your new members a sneak peek of what to find inside the app.

Your on-boarding video is played automatically once the user downloads and opens the app before the sign up page. This is to give members a taster of what's content the app will have.

Alternatively, you can upload an image with a brief introduction to the app.

2-5MB
No longer than 30 seconds
360 x 640 pixels

Please send the video to your Customer Success Manager to upload it to your app.
