How many members have completed your Course, how long has it taken them – see this and more in your Course Analytics.
It's important to know how your members are finding your Course because it helps you to judge how easy or difficult it is, where members are dropping off, and how long it takes them to complete it.
With this information, you can amend and tweak your Course to better suit your Community.
Let's start off by going to your Console. Then tap Content from the left hand menu and then choose Courses. From here, you will initially be shown the list of all of your Courses, however, it's the Analyse tab that we're interested in here.
You have the option here to toggle the data to show you the following timelines:
- The last 30 days.
- All time.
As you can see, we've gone with all time, as we want a full overview of our Course.
The data appears to the right of the Course name, and shows the following information:
- How far your members have progressed broken down into 20% increments of your Course.
- The average time it takes a member to complete your Course.
- The total number of members in your Course based on the timeline you have chosen.
This data can help you to better understand how your members are finding your Course and can act as a springboard into further feedback you may need to find or actions you might need to take.
